When your account deletion request is approved, your personal profile, login credentials, and public-facing information will be permanently removed from Fastbunny. This action is irreversible — you will not be able to recover your account, reading history, library, or purchased content.
Any books or digital content purchased through Fastbunny are tied to your account. Upon deletion, access to all purchased content will be permanently revoked. Fastbunny does not issue refunds for purchased content as a result of account deletion.
If you are an author, you must ensure that all outstanding earnings have been withdrawn before submitting a deletion request. Fastbunny will not process payouts or transfer earnings after an account has been deleted. Any unclaimed earnings will be forfeited.
Books published under your author account will be removed from the Fastbunny marketplace following account deletion. If your books have active readers, those readers will lose access to unpurchased content. Fastbunny is not liable for any impact to readers or earnings caused by your deletion.
Account deletion requests are reviewed by the Fastbunny admin team. Processing may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation to your registered email address once your account has been permanently removed.
Fastbunny may retain certain transaction records, financial records, and usage logs for legal, compliance, and fraud prevention purposes, even after your account has been deleted. This is in accordance with applicable Zimbabwean law and our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel a pending deletion request by contacting Fastbunny support at support@fastbunny.co.zw before the request is processed. Once processing is complete, deletion cannot be reversed.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. By checking the box below and submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and understood the above terms, and that you are voluntarily requesting the permanent deletion of your Fastbunny account.
